Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting, outdoor work, and moving furniture or equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain floor care routines including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing to preserve flooring quality.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide tailored housekeeping services.
• Use cleaning equipment skillfully while adhering to safety protocols for sanitation and equipment handling.
• Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Demonstrated ability to handle cleaning surfaces, floors, and outdoor areas with proficiency in using various cleaning tools and detergents.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, health standards, and safety regulations related to cleaning environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking.
• Experience managing housekeeping routines independently or within a team is advantageous.
