Job Summary

Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all areas within residential properties.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic standards are met consistently.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools.
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or supplies while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required, including patios or entryways, ensuring the overall property appearance is pristine.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and the proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple properties.
• Experience with floor cleaning techniques such as sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet extraction.
• Familiarity with laundry processes and surface cleaning methods for various materials.
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
