We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our full-service, salon and spa. Schedule & Availability Requirements

• Shift Length: 8 to 9 hour shifts
• Weekend Availability: Weekend day shifts and evenings are a requirement.
• Shift Types: Must be flexible to work both opening and closing shifts as needed.

What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities)

• Maintain Spa & Salon Cleanliness: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all common areas, styling stations, treatment rooms, and restrooms.
• Laundry Management: Wash, dry, fold, and restock salon towels, capes, and spa linens continuously throughout the shift.
• Sanitization: Disinfect high-touch surfaces, spa beds, and waiting areas to maintain strict hygiene standards.
• Inventory & Restocking: Keep restrooms and beverage areas stocked with supplies; monitor inventory supplies and notify supervisor when reordering is needed.
• Trash Removal: Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
• Opening/Closing Duties: Ensure the facility is pristine and ready for guests first thing in the morning, or securely reset and cleaned down at the end of the night.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• Proven experience in housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or hospitality (salon/spa experience is a plus, but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• A reliable, punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a bustling, high-energy environment.
• Ability to communicate in English
• Commute: Reliably commute to Ridgefield, CT
