Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all areas within residential properties.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards and safety regulations.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Operate various cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents effectively to maintain cleanliness.
• Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies with proper technique to prevent injury.
• Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding their specific needs and preferences, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with janitorial or custodial background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, sanitation practices, and proper use of cleaning equipment.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical endurance.
• Effective client communication skills to understand expectations and deliver personalized service.
• Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards.
