Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and well-presented.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as requested by management.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is an asset.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed (up to 25 pounds).
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
