• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and private spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
• Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces regularly
• Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for guest needs
• Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety standards in all cleaning procedures
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards
• Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Support the management team in maintaining cleanliness audits and adhering to health regulations

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing
• Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning standards is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled shifts
• Prior custodial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not mandatory
