Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any cleaning-related requests promptly and professionally
• Support custodial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining janitorial equipment in excellent condition
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling or training new team members

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and carpet cleaning methods to ensure thorough maintenance of all flooring types
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or reaching comfortably
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
• Experience with laundry processes and handling various cleaning supplies and equipment
• Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus for supervisory roles; certification in hotel or hospitality services is advantageous

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
