Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
• Care for floors through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure a pristine appearance
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
• Manage custodial supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and operational
• Follow safety protocols related to sanitation procedures and janitorial practices to promote a safe working environment

Experience

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, especially in residential or hotel settings
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation standards
• Experience with laundry services and handling household or hotel linens
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
• Housekeeping management experience is a plus for supervisory roles
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
