Job Summary

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment to ensure hygienic living environments
• Conduct laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques to keep surfaces spotless and safe
• Manage outdoor work tasks such as patio cleaning or outdoor furniture maintenance when required
• Handle manual lifting of furniture or heavy items safely during deep cleaning or rearrangement tasks
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques, including surface dusting, floor cleaning, and equipment operation
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper handling of cleaning supplies
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their preferences and needs
• Experience in laundry management and outdoor work is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
