We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Handle laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.

Skills

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or related roles within the hospitality sector.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of custodial procedures and safety protocols is preferred.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
