Housekeeper

Elmwood Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing of Fremont is now accepting applications for Housekeeper, Full Time Dayshift Works 4 days a week, every other weekend and rotating holidays. Shift times are typically 6am - 2pm, but can be flexible.

Responsibilities of Housekeeper include:

Sweeps and mops all floors. Washes windows, chairs, and sanitizes all bathrooms, sinks, bathers, showers, etc. Cleans all mirrors, chairs, bedsprings and rolls and dusts all furniture. Cleans entire facility. Empties trash cans and chux cans and sanitizes. Maintains good working relationships with staff and residents. Insures that resident rooms are ready for new admissions. Insures that the facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times to provide for care and welfare of the residents in a healthful environment. Insures that good housekeeping service is performed in every department of the facility and is planned in cooperation with employees. Insures adequacy and cleanliness of linen supplies. Keeps supplies stocked. Performs any other duties as assigned by Director of Housekeeping and Executive Director.
