HOUSE KEEPER Location: Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA5 1UD Working Hours: Fulltime, Permanent, 39 hours per week, Mon-Thurs 08.00-16.30 Fri- 08.00-15.30 Salary: £16.02 per hour Are you a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a role where your work truly matters? No previous housekeeping experience is required. Join the G4S Facilities Management team. We are looking for a hardworking new team member to help us deliver exceptional service at the high-profile Hinkley Point C (HPC) site. Working as part of a wider team, you will play a key role in keeping this busy site clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Quality

• Support the Team Lead with cleaning schedules and team work patterns.
• Maintain high standards to help the company lead the cleaning services field.
• Suggest improvements to enhance customer service and work methods.
• Support other housekeeping teams as outlined in the HPC structure.

Safety & Compliance & Image

• Follow Health & Safety practices, including strict colour-coding and BICSc standards.
• Wear appropriate PPE and strictly follow the uniform policy.
• Maintain a smart, presentable appearance to always project a professional company image.

Stock & Equipment

• Manage stock levels of cleaning materials for your team.
• Maintain equipment and materials properly to keep them in good working order.

Training & Development

• Attend mandatory training sessions as required.
• Apply feedback to continuously improve your cleaning performance.
• Promote company culture, working towards becoming a "Cleaning Centre of Excellence" and a "BICSc Regional Training Hub."

Essential

• Experience in undertaking a range of cleaning duties
• Able to work in an organised and methodical manner
• Ability to act on own initiative
• Willingness to participate in further training/development

Desireable

• Previous cleaning experience would be an advantage but no experience necessary
