Bellway Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our Environmental Services team in Selma, AL. As a Housekeeper, you will help maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe environment for our residents and staff.

Housekeeper Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience
• Knowledge of cleaning practices, supplies, and equipment use
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry supplies and equipment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Housekeeper Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and facility offices
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust resident care areas and hallways on a routine schedule
• Empty trash and dispose of waste safely
• Change bed linens, make beds, and restock resident rooms with necessary supplies
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, lounges, and nursing stations
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
