Housekeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at a luxury apartment community located in New Braunfels, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our upscale residential units and common areas, ensuring a high standard of quality and comfort for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of apartment units, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and stored safely.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and respond to their requests professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a housekeeper, preferably in a luxury apartment or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and trustworthy with a professional attitude.
• Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
