Housekeeper

About the role

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation of the company's office premises and facilities. The role ensures that the workplace remains clean, safe, and comfortable for employees, clients, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, hallways, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors as needed
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, pantry areas, and other facilities
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal
• Replenish cleaning supplies, restroom essentials, and other necessary materials
• Keep office furniture, windows, doors, and fixtures clean and presentable
• Assist in preparing meeting rooms and maintaining cleanliness after meetings or company activities
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report items that need replenishment
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the immediate supervisor
• Follow proper sanitation, safety, and housekeeping procedures

About you

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is an advantage but not required
• Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting light materials
• Honest, hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Willing to maintain cleanliness and confidentiality within the workplace
