Job Description

Berkeley Apart Hotel is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and experienced Hotel Housekeeper / Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good cleaning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Ensure rooms are properly cleaned and ready for guest check-ins.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the hotel.
• Coordinate with the reception team regarding room availability.
• Follow hotel housekeeping procedures and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred.
• Good understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to manage daily housekeeping duties.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
