Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper role based in Philadelphia, PA. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and orderly facilities, including common areas, restrooms, break rooms, and offices. Key day-to-day tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and surface disinfection. The role may also involve laundry duties, basic inventory checks for cleaning supplies, and reporting maintenance or safety issues to supervisors. The Housekeeper interacts with staff and visitors in a professional manner, supporting a clean and efficient environment aligned with Maintenance 4.0 standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail in maintaining clean, orderly spaces.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with staff and visitors.
• Experience with laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens or uniforms.
• Ability to participate in and support training related to cleaning procedures, safety, and equipment use.
• Reliability in following schedules, completing tasks independently, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience in industrial or commercial settings is beneficial.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights throughout the shift.
