We are currently seeking two dedicated and meticulous Housekeepers to join our very busy team. If you have a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they are prepared to the highest standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies.
• Clean bathrooms, including showers, sinks, and toilets.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Vacuum and clean carpets and floors.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and lounges.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant department.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is essential
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanour.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving objects.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. 16-25 hours per week.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
