Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, managing laundry, and providing exceptional customer service to meet the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all surfaces, including dusting, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and polishing furniture to maintain a spotless environment.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met consistently.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents for different surfaces to achieve optimal results.
• Manage outdoor work tasks including patio cleaning, outdoor furniture maintenance, and yard tidying when required.
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks safely during the movement of furniture or large items, following manual handling protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services.
• Maintain organized cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and special cleaning tasks.
• Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of janitorial procedures, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and other tools used in professional housekeeping.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client homes.
• Customer service experience that highlights effective communication and client interaction skills.
• Outdoor work experience is a plus for handling exterior cleaning tasks or yard maintenance responsibilities.
• Ability to perform manual handling safely during heavy lifting or moving furniture while adhering to safety guidelines.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
