Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, adhering to established housekeeping standards.
• Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Assist in laundry duties as needed, including washing, folding, and distributing linens.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the hospitality environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
