Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial settings. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-presented.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.

Skills

• Proficiency in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
