Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, hallways, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Maintain spotless floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care procedures to ensure safety and appearance.
• Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for guest needs.
• Follow established health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities to promote a safe environment for everyone.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly.
• Adhere to all hospitality standards by providing friendly, efficient service that enhances the guest experience.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a strong focus on quality standards.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, polishing, and carpet cleaning.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies used in large-scale or commercial settings.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of custodial procedures and housekeeping management principles.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond effectively to guest requests.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for creating clean, welcoming spaces that reflect high standards of cleanliness and hospitality excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
