Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in and around the hotel, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued. Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in upholding our standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established protocols
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning procedures and standards
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time during scheduled shifts
• Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
• Reliable transportation may be required depending on the work location

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
