Job Summary

As a Home2 Suites Housekeeper, you’ll help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay for every guest. You’ll clean guest rooms and shared spaces, use cleaning equipment and chemical agents safely, and respond to guest needs with friendly customer service. Your impact: Consistent cleaning and sanitation help guests feel comfortable and confident throughout their stay.

Duties

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas; make beds, replenish supplies, and report maintenance needs.
• Vacuum, clean floors, and perform floor care using appropriate tools and cleaning equipment.
• Handle cleaning chemicals according to product directions and safety data sheets (SDS), and follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and follow hotel emergency procedures.
• Manage assigned housekeeping tasks, organize supplies, and communicate room status or concerns to the team.

Requirements

• Cleaning, floor cleaning, vacuuming, sanitation, and safe chemical handling skills; familiarity with chemical agents and safety data sheets (SDS) is important.
• Able to perform manual handling, including lifting and moving housekeeping supplies and other heavy items as required.
• Customer service skills and a dependable, detail-focused approach to hospitality.
• Hotel housekeeping or hotel experience is helpful; janitorial, or custodial experience is also preferred.
• Able to follow procedures, use cleaning equipment safely, and work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
