Job Overview

As a Housekeeper, you’ll help maintain clean, comfortable residential spaces for residents, supporting their well-being and daily experience. You’ll use safe cleaning practices, communicate respectfully with residents and colleagues, and manage tasks efficiently.

Duties

• Clean and sanitize rooms, shared areas, and surfaces; dust, vacuum, and complete floor cleaning and floor care.
• Handle laundry, use cleaning equipment and detergents safely, and follow sanitation procedures.
• Support residential housekeeping and housekeeping management routines; organize work to meet daily priorities.
• Communicate with residents and colleagues, provide considerate customer service, and report cleaning or supply needs.
• Perform manual handling and heavy lifting as needed; outdoor work may be part of assigned duties.

Requirements

• Experience with residential cleaning or residential housekeeping is helpful. Janitorial, custodial, commercial, or carpet cleaning experience is also welcome.
• Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, cleaning detergents, equipment, and surface and floor care practices.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and respectful client communication.
• Able to perform physical tasks, including manual handling and heavy lifting, while following safe procedures.
• Cooking experience is a plus; willingness to support related household tasks is valued.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Work Location: In person
