Housekeeper, Laundry, Elevator operator

Housekeeping:
Clean residents’ rooms after dinner. (Mop, sweep, and clean over bed table)
Clean residents dining area after dinner.
Walls are free of spots, cobwebs, smears, marks, spills, and food debris.
Clean all restrooms and vacuum all offices.
Room floor, closet floor, and their baseboards, are mopped and cleaned.
Lobby furniture is free of dust and debris.
Check paper towels, toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and hand soap.
Dispose of trash
Clean floors, table and countertops, windowsills, sinks and toilets.

Laundry:
To provide the residents with clean linen and clean personal clothing.
Must be able to keep up with established linen production standards, both per hour and per day, to maintain ample linen and clothing for all residents.

Elevator:
Your personal daily goal is to assure the residents are transported to their destination in a timely manner.
Assist resident to and from elevator when needed.
After each meal collect soiled 1st floor resident dining room cover-ups/bibs and drop-down basement laundry department
Mop up all spills in and around lobby.
Always be friendly towards resident helping or assisting them when able.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Standing, walking, stooping, lifting, reaching, mentally alert.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience health care facility desirable
Formal Education – High School or equivalent
Ability to read and write and understand English

HOURS:
5 Days / week - must be available to work morning or evening shifts.
