Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe environment for all staff and guests.
• Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to management for prompt resolution.
• Follow established procedures for waste disposal and linen handling to promote sustainability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred, providing familiarity with industry standards.
• Experience in janitorial or professional cleaning roles demonstrates strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding guest needs.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a hospitality setting.

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
