Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and private residences, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, restocking toiletries, and ensuring hygiene standards are met
• Handle waste disposal responsibly and ensure all areas are free of clutter and debris
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to prevent accidents or damage
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution
• Support team members during busy periods by assisting with additional cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous hotel experience or hospitality background highly preferred
• Experience in janitorial or professional cleaning roles is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
• Good communication skills to understand instructions and collaborate with team members
