Housekeeper/Cleaner

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, or private residences, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Change bed linens, replenish toiletries and supplies to ensure guest comfort and hygiene standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, kitchens, and bathrooms
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly after each shift
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the management team for quick resolution
• Follow established health and safety protocols to create a safe environment for yourself and others
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold high standards of cleanliness

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift comfortably
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures to ensure safe practices at all times
• Nice-to-have skills include hotel experience, hospitality background, or janitorial expertise that enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service

Pay: £14.71-£18.57 per hour
