Housekeeper/Groundskeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our property. This energetic role combines cleaning responsibilities with grounds maintenance tasks, ensuring a welcoming and well-kept environment. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of indoor areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain outdoor landscapes by mowing lawns, trimming trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and performing general gardening tasks.
• Operate groundskeeping equipment such as hedge trimmers, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities including edging, weeding, planting, pruning, and hardscape upkeep to enhance visual appeal
• Follow safety procedures diligently during all maintenance activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Help with snow removal process

Requirements

• Prior outdoor work experience with groundskeeping or landscaping is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning all surfaces to ensure units are clean and inviting
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols when handling equipment or chemicals; understanding of safety standards related to indoor/outdoor work.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach toward property maintenance and cleanliness.
