Aos Si Lodges and Rooms is looking for friendly, energetic and enthusiastic people to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for our guests.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining housekeeping, breakfast service and guest support. You will work closely together as a team, taking pride in the presentation of our accommodation and ensuring every guest receives a warm and welcoming experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Your role will include:

• Preparing and delivering continental breakfast hampers to our lodges.
• Preparing and serving continental breakfast to guests staying at the Old Rectory (maximum 6 guests).
• Assisting with the cleaning and turnover of our lodges, rooms and cottage, for up to 4 hours per day.
• Preparing accommodation to a consistently high standard between guest stays.
• Laundry management
• Assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs.
• Welcoming guests and providing assistance in the reception area.
• Responding to guest enquiries by telephone and email.
• Helping to resolve guest queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Working together to ensure the smooth running of the property and an excellent guest experience.

Working Pattern

• 5 days over 7, including weekends on a rota basis.
• Shifts are typically 7:00am–3:00pm or 11:00am–7:00pm.
• Flexibility is required, particularly during busy periods, weekends and holidays.
• Full-time / 40 hours per week plus on call
• Salary: dependant on experience
• Accommodation: bedroom, bathroom and sitting room in the Old Rectory.
• Start date: November to December 2026

We are looking for people who are:

• Friendly, warm and approachable with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Experienced in hotels, guest accommodation, hospitality or customer service – desirable but not essential.
• Experienced in housekeeping or cleaning – desirable.
• Reliable, hardworking and organised, with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working together and able to communicate effectively as a team.
• Confident and professional when dealing directly with guests.
• Able to work independently and use initiative when required.
• Energetic and positive, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays as part of a rota.
• Committed to maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety and guest service.
