We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our resort team in the beautiful Florida Keys!

Job Description

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced resort environment. Housekeepers will clean and prepare guest lodges, change linens and towels, clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas, vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and restock guest supplies.

Housekeepers will also inspect lodges after cleaning to ensure they meet our cleanliness standards and are ready for the next guest. Any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items should be reported to management

Our resort features 13 unique Aqua Lodges, and our housekeeping team plays an important role in making sure every guest arrives to a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare Aqua Lodges for arriving guests
• Make beds and change linens and towels
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms
• Clean kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize
• Restock towels, toiletries, and guest supplies
• Make sure each lodge is guest-ready before arrival
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items
• Help keep resort areas clean and organized
• Work efficiently while maintaining high cleaning standards

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with physical activity, including standing, bending, lifting, and cleaning throughout the day
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus
• We are willing to train the right person!
