Housekeeper/Laundry

We are currently looking for some great people to join our team and be a part of our Holiday Inn Express family! Our housekeeping department is hiring for housekeepers, laundry attendants, and more! Housekeeper

• Cleans rooms after guests have checked out per IHG hotel standards.
• Daily light service to current guests who are staying for more than one night
• Pays attention to detail and ensures a quality room for our guests
• Knows how to manage their time so that rooms can be completed at a reasonable time.

Laundry

• Laundry attendants are in charge of making sure all linen and towels used by guests get washed and folded on a daily basis.
• Stands for long periods of time while executing their tasks.
• Inspects linen to make sure there is no wear and tear or stains.
• Laundry pullers go out to the rooms that checked out and take all the used linen and towels out of the rooms and dropped down the shoot so that the housekeepers can get started on cleaning.
• Manages their time to effectively to finish the laundry at a reasonable time
• Usually there is two to three attendants in the laundry room at a time so teamwork is also key.

Pay: From $12.25 per hour
