Housekeeper – The Old New Inn, Bourton-on-the-Water

Salary: £24,375 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8am – 4pm, Monday to Sunday)

Contract: Permanent, salaried position

Start Date: 1st January

Are you someone who takes pride in creating beautifully clean and welcoming spaces? We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Housekeeper to join our small, dedicated team at The Old New Inn, right in the heart of picturesque Bourton-on-the-Water.

What you’ll do

As part of our housekeeping team, you’ll help ensure our guest bedrooms and public areas are always spotless, comfortable, and ready to impress.

Your day-to-day will include:

· Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to a high standard

· Maintaining public areas to keep them fresh and inviting

· Restocking supplies and linen

· Working efficiently as part of our supportive team

· Taking pride in every detail and ensuring guests feel truly at home

Your Schedule

We understand the importance of work-life balance. You’ll work a fixed, 3-week rolling rota, meaning you can plan ahead easily!

· 1 in every 3 weekends off

· Regular Tuesday/Wednesday or Thursday/Friday off each week

· 8am–4pm shifts only – no evenings!
