Weakley Manor is looking for dependable, hardworking Full-Time Housekeepers to join our team!

Our Housekeepers play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. If you take pride in your work, pay attention to the details, and enjoy being part of a team that makes a difference every day, we would love to meet you.

No healthcare housekeeping experience? We encourage dependable candidates with a strong work ethic to apply!

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and perform routine cleaning throughout the facility
• Empty trash and properly dispose of waste
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Replenish housekeeping supplies as needed
• Follow infection-control, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department
• Provide courteous and respectful service to residents, visitors, and team members
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home for our residents

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and reliable attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive and respectful attitude
• Ability to manage assigned tasks efficiently
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to follow infection-control and safety procedures
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
• Healthcare, nursing home, or long-term care housekeeping experience is a plus
