Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards and client expectations
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment with proper technique
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas as needed, including patios or entryways
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction
• Follow time management practices to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
• Ensure all janitorial and custodial duties are performed according to established standards

Experience

• Prior experience in professional residential or commercial cleaning is required
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, and floor care tools is advantageous
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and sanitation procedures is beneficial
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining high-quality work standards
• Physical capability for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 30.0 per week
