About the Role:

As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for performing various housekeeping tasks to ensure the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. This may include:

• Cleaning and disinfecting resident rooms, common areas, and facilities
• Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of storage areas and laundry facilities
• Assisting with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and clothing
• Restocking supplies and linens as needed
• Participating in special projects and assignments as needed

Responsibilities:

• Perform housekeeping tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the facilities team
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
