Housekeeper

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. This role plays an important part in infection control, resident safety, and overall facility appearance.

This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and understand the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping and cleaning duties as assigned
• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces and floors
• Dispose of trash and waste according to facility procedures
• Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
• Report maintenance issues, hazards, or supply needs to supervisor
• Maintain assigned areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
• Protect resident privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching as needed
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies
