• Maintain cleanliness standards by regularly disinfecting high-touch surfaces and ensuring hygiene protocols are followed diligently.
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and other essentials to ensure facilities are fully equipped at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate personnel for swift resolution.
• Follow established janitorial procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in all cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and mops efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality in every task.
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for extended periods comfortably.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout your shift.
• Clear communication skills to follow instructions accurately and report issues promptly.
