Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your enthusiasm and commitment to high standards will ensure our guests enjoy a spotless environment that enhances their overall experience.

Duties

• Perform cleaning duties across guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and staff facilities using appropriate cleaning techniques and products
• Ensure all rooms are prepared according to hotel standards before guest check-in
• Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linen to ensure availability for guests
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for resolution
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and assist with linen management when needed
• Support team members during busy periods by sharing responsibilities efficiently
