Housekeeping Assistant

We are a residential care home specialising in elderly care and Dementia. The majority of our residents live here on a permanent basis but we also offer respite care.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in all areas covered by housekeeping
• To undertake and complete all duties in accordance with all current schedules, rotas, current legislation (COSHH) and, policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic and secure working environment.

Skills and experience

• Previous experience working within an elderly care environment is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect personal privacy.
