Housekeeping Assistant

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be the heart of our hotel's reputation. You will ensure that guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are pristine, welcoming, and fully stocked.

Key Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning: Change bed linens, vacuum floors, dust furniture, and thoroughly clean and sanitise bathrooms according to hotel standards.
• Stock Management: Replenish room amenities, towels, refreshments, and guest information packages.
• Public Areas: Maintain cleanliness in corridors, lobbies, and elevators.
• Reporting: Notify supervisors of any room damage, maintenance issues, or left-behind guest property.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations, including the correct handling of cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning is preferred, but not required—full training is provided.
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for cleanliness and presentation.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Reliability: Strong time management skills and a track record of punctuality.
• Communication: Basic English communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
