Housekeeping Assistant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Housekeeping Associate to join our crew. You’ll play a key role in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for our guests, ensuring our rooms and public areas reflect the bold Moxy brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising bathrooms
• Replenish guest supplies and amenities
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, public areas, and back of house spaces
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Follow health & safety and hygiene procedures at all times
• Work efficiently to meet daily productivity targets
• Deliver friendly and approachable service when interacting with guests

What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and energetic personality
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic English communication skills
