Job Summary

As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to boutique hospitality standards, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, disciplined, physically fit, and committed to providing a high standard of guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms as per SOP

• Prepare arrival and VIP rooms on priority

• Maintain lobby, corridors, and public areas

• Replenish amenities, linen, and room supplies

• Report maintenance issues and damages

• Handle linen movement and maintain stock discipline

• Monitor housekeeping supplies and minimize wastage

• Assist guests courteously and coordinate special requests

• Follow hygiene, safety, and Lost Found procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property

  Requirements

• Basic hotel / serviced apartment housekeeping experience preferred

• Freshers willing to learn may apply

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

• Physically fit and disciplined

• Flexible to work rotational shifts

• Guest-service mindset

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
