Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

As a Housekeeping Attendant at WEFRESH', you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel guests. This full-time position is located in the Central Region and involves working as part of a dedicated housekeeping team to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation throughout our hotel.

What you'll be doing

1. Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, restocking amenities, and tidying all surfaces
2. Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms
3. Assist with deep cleaning tasks and project work as required
4. Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, responding promptly to any requests or queries
5. Collaborate with the wider housekeeping team to ensure efficient and coordinated work
6. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience working in a housekeeping or hospitality role, preferably in a hotel setting
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
3. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
4. Physical fitness and stamina to manage the physical demands of the role
5. Flexible and adaptable, able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
6. Good communication skills in English
