As a Room Attendant, you are more than someone who cleans rooms—you help create the first impression and lasting memory of every guest stay. Whether it's a sparkling bathroom, perfectly made bed, or that extra touch of care, your work directly impacts the guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest amenities
• Clean bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum, and mop floors
• Ensure rooms are guest-ready, spotless, and welcoming
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and supplies
• Work efficiently while meeting quality and productivity expectations
• Deliver friendly service when interacting with guests
• Ensure public areas a clean and show ready for our guests.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift
• Hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
• Ability to push housekeeping carts and work on your feet for extended periods
• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and walking
