Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

Housekeeping role responsible for cleaning and maintaining villa facilities including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, pool areas, and other villa spaces according to villa hygiene standards and SOPs. The role involves bed making, replenishment of amenities, linen handling, laundry support, and ensuring all villa facilities and equipment are clean, neat, and ready for guest use. Provides friendly and responsive service, maintains guest privacy and comfort, reports damage or maintenance needs, and coordinates with the Villa Manager and related teams.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, pool areas, and other villa spaces according to villa hygiene standards and SOP
• Perform bed making and replenishment of amenities
• Handle linen and provide laundry support
• Ensure all villa facilities and equipment are clean, neat, and ready for guest use
• Provide friendly and responsive service to guests
• Maintain guest privacy and comfort
• Report damage or maintenance needs to relevant teams
• Coordinate with Villa Manager and related teams

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK education level
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience in villa, hotel, or resort (preferred)
• Understanding of cleaning procedures, cleaning equipment and chemical use, and hygiene and sanitation standards
• Basic English language communication skills
• Neat appearance, clean, disciplined, honest, detail-oriented, responsible, service-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good stamina
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience in luxury or private villa is an advantage
