Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Attendant, where your dedication to cleanliness and guest comfort will shine! In this vital role, you’ll ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are spotless, welcoming, and maintained to the highest standards. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will create a positive environment for guests and colleagues alike.

We are looking for weekend shifts 10am till 2pm, and other days during the week when required.

You must have your own transportation, due to the rural location.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas efficiently and thoroughly.
• Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all surfaces are spotless.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
• Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials to maintain optimal room readiness.
• Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Support team members during busy periods by helping with additional cleaning tasks or guest requests.

Experience

• Previous hotel experience or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks comfortably.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 10.0 per week
