Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, corridors, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all surfaces are sanitized and presentable
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, mirrors, floors, and replenishing toiletries
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance issues
• Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Assist with laundry duties such as sorting, washing, folding, and distributing linens and towels
• Report any maintenance concerns or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial cleaning environments
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
