We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Hotel Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will have previous hotel housekeeping experience and be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned hotel areas.
• Make beds and change bed linens, towels, and other room amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and facilities.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, mirrors, floors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Replenish toiletries, minibar items, towels, and other guest supplies.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly arranged and meet hotel cleanliness standards.
• Report maintenance issues, lost property, damages, or unusual situations to the supervisor.
• Follow hotel procedures for handling guest belongings and lost-and-found items.
• Maintain and properly use housekeeping equipment and cleaning products.
• Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties when required.
• Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests.
• Work efficiently to meet daily room-cleaning targets and hotel standards.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and hotel housekeeping procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Housekeeper, Room Attendant, or Hotel Cleaner in a hotel is required.
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Experience cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms to a high standard.
• Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and well-presented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a housekeeping team.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in a 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star hotel is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of hotel room-cleaning procedures.
• Familiarity with housekeeping chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to handle guest requests professionally.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Experience working with hotel housekeeping checklists and room-status systems.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
